What can we do for you? We aim to answer your quotation request within eight working hours. Should you have any questions, your personal contact will be pleased to help you. They are members of our sales team, who all have a sound technical background. They think along with you and can inform you well.
Our planners then plan your order as quickly as possible; we hold many products in stock and the planning office is linked directly to production. In other words, we have designed our processes so optimally that your products can be supplied within the shortest possible period of time.
We have specialised site engineers who measure up fast-exchange (quick release) systems at your location. Once the project has been assembled internally, it is disassembled and installed at your premises.
Kors, of course!
Kors applies two methods of processing plastics: machining and injection moulding. We therefore have great expertise in both! Moreover, we can advise you on plastic properties.
You benefit from our efficiency, and the engineering focus thus lies on process optimisation and cost saving. This can considerably reduce your adjustment times, for example. To do so, our engineers and project managers apply our patented fast-exchange systems, designed specifically for the bottling and internal packaging industry.
We translate your wishes into the correct and required product. And we then deliver it super-fast as well! Nothing is standard as far as we're concerned. Except our exceptional quality standard. We are of course certified according to the latest ISO 9001, and even our internal audits are contracted out to external experts. This keeps us alert, and guarantees our quality and therefore your quality. As our customer, it offers you great certainty.
Kors, of course!
Kors works at achieving a balance between corporate performance and the interests of people and our planet. A safe and healthy working environment has priority. Our plastic chips, cut-offs and remnants are mainly recycled, we use high-frequency fluorescent lighting, and the residual heat from the machines is used to heat and cool our building. All these processes are based on ISO 14001.
This is also recognisable in our products. Kors supplies consistently high quality. Our own HAKORIT® (U)HMWPE plastics and the other technical plastics we machine have very special properties for use under demanding conditions: components liable to wear, with the need for low friction resistance and at the same time great wear resistance.
Kors shares its profits with employees and also with charities in the local area, in the Netherlands and in developing countries. An example of this is our ongoing involvement with a school in Pune, India, which offers 450 children a future each year.
Kors, of course!
Kors' strength lies in knowledge of your processes and your chain on the one hand, and our drive for cooperation on the other.
Our distinction lies, among other things, in our ability to machine 6 metre lengths of products from a single piece of plastic. We also have our own assembly department. Our injection moulding and engineering experts think along with you on how to best translate your wishes into our products. Kors project management is at your service for the conversion of bottling lines.
We have amassed specialism in various markets, which include general and special machine and equipment manufacturing, the food industry, bottling industry, workwear, internal transport systems, stone and concrete industry, civil and hydraulic engineering, coachworks and the agricultural industry.
We choose the optimum technical plastic for each branch or customer request, in order to manufacture the best possible products. Of course we always consult with you first.
Kors, of course!
We machine and injection mould technical plastics for all imaginable machine parts for your production process. Your interests, as our customer, are our priority. Our machining and injection moulding work is all about speed, flexibility and reliability. We are familiar with your processes and your chain, we deliver quickly and our added value lies in our cooperation with you as our customer, among other aspects.
In 1945, the first generation of Kors began as a trading company in textile machines, but we have been machining and assembling technical plastics since the 1960s. Injection moulding was started at Fakoplast early in the 1980s, and added to Kors at a later date.
Since 2001, our activities also include engineering and project management for the bottling and internal packaging industry. Fast-exchange systems think ahead on your behalf, for example, to save you precious time.
Kors chooses quality and sustainability. The 35 motivated members of our family firm all stand behind our mission: “For fast and reliable performance”.
